Everything has energy or is energy. We can choose to live a life of authentic style, energy and power. Real personal power comes from designing a life of intention, choosing what is right for you and having the courage to refuse what is not.

The energy of an authentic style is reflected in the visual. True style never stops at the surface. It moves through the visual to the spiritual.

How you look affects how you are perceived. When the exterior matches the interior you attract the right people and circumstance. This is true for a person and also for a business. When a business uses images and words that reflect its style and mission, it will attract the right clients and customers.

We all have core talents and a mission to use those talents to serve.  When you intentionally design the way you look, live and work you live an authentic life – not one designed for you by others.

Society can lead women to an inauthentic identity by giving them the message that they must aspire to thin, young, blonde, white perfection. Personal appearance and style of living are as a metaphor for the interior self and the journey to find the authentic life as the way to spiritual evolvement.

Consciousness is being in the awareness of what is and making choices based on the truth.
